Information Crumb processes
Crumb processes account details, receipt images, purchase and line-item information, categories, notes, and settings you provide. If you enable optional integrations, Crumb also processes the information you choose to import from those services.
How information is used
We use this information to provide receipt capture, text extraction, search, reporting, returns, exports, authentication, security, support, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Crumb relies on infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, and AI processing providers to operate the service. They process information only to perform services for Crumb and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. You can permanently delete your account and associated Crumb data from Settings. Some limited records may be retained where required by law.
Your choices
You may export transaction data from Settings, revoke device permissions in system settings, or delete your account in the app. For privacy questions, visit the Support page.
